General terms for using webdesignbelgrade.com and for the website services offered by Web Design Belgrade.
1. Who we are
Web Design Belgrade is a brand of the sole proprietorship WebRešenje PR, Karađorđeva 58, 26000 Pančevo, Serbia, tax ID (PIB) 115803024, company no. (MB) 68647509 (the "Studio"). Contact: info@webdesignbelgrade.com.
We are not in the VAT system. The Studio works with clients from Belgrade, across Serbia and abroad; the registered seat is in Pančevo, and we do not have an office in Belgrade.
2. What these terms cover
These terms cover the use of the website and the website services the Studio publishes on it. A written quote or contract for an individual project takes precedence over these general terms.
3. Prices and payment
The published prices of the website packages are one-off: Starter €395, Standard €695, Business €1,190, Premium €2,190.
Prices are stated in euros, and payment is made in RSD at the National Bank of Serbia middle rate on the invoice date.
Online stores (WooCommerce and Shopify) are done under a written quote with the exact amount. Prices for maintenance, hosting, SEO, speed optimization and the conversion audit are published on the Pricing page; additional work outside the scope is done under a written quote.
Payment schedule: 50% at the start and 50% before the site goes live; for the Premium package and online stores 40% / 40% / 20%. The payment method and schedule are confirmed in the written quote.
4. Delivery timelines
The planned delivery time is stated in the written quote or contract for each project.
The time is counted from when the Studio has received all content and the deposit.
Timelines depend on the client delivering materials (copy, images, access) on time.
5. Free design demo
The free design demo is a design of the top of the homepage (the header area and two sections) for desktop and mobile, as an image or a clickable Figma prototype. It is intended for registered companies and entrepreneurs (with a Serbian tax ID).
- The demo is not a working website, has no complete copy and does not include logo design.
- One per company, in the order requests arrive.
- No obligation. The design remains the property of the Studio until there is an order; with an order it becomes the starting point of the project.
6. Package scope and changes
What each package includes and what it does not is published on the Pricing page. Not included: logo and brand identity, photography, translations, an online store, bookings with payment, integrations with external software, hosting and maintenance (separate), domain costs and paid plugins.
The number of revision rounds is stated in the written quote or contract. Additional work is agreed separately.
7. Client content
Materials supplied by the client remain the client's property.
8. Copyright and ownership
Once all obligations are settled, the client receives the right to use the delivered website.
9. Limitations
We do not guarantee Google rankings or the number of visits to the site. The packages include a technical SEO foundation, not agreed positions.
We work to keep this site available and accurate, but we take no responsibility for decisions made solely on the basis of its content.
10. Maintenance
Maintenance and hosting are offered monthly, with no annual contract.
SEO Monthly has a minimum term of 3 months, after which it can be cancelled monthly with 30 days' notice.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Serbia.
12. Changes to these terms
The Studio may change these terms by publishing a new version on this page. The date of the last update is shown at the top of the page.
