Which data we process when you send an enquiry through webdesignbelgrade.com, why, who receives it and what your rights are.
1. Who processes your data
The data controller is WebRešenje PR, Karađorđeva 58, 26000 Pančevo, Serbia, tax ID (PIB) 115803024, company no. (MB) 68647509, trading as Web Design Belgrade. Contact for data questions: info@webdesignbelgrade.com.
2. Which data we process
When you submit the enquiry form or the free design demo form, we process:
- your full name and email address (required);
- your company name and the address of your existing website (optional);
- the service or package you chose and the text of your message (optional or required, depending on the form);
- the language of the form (Serbian or English), the page the enquiry was sent from and the time it was sent;
- the version of the consent you saw and ticked.
When you visit, our servers record technical details of the request (for example the IP address and the time).
The form is protected against abuse by the Cloudflare Turnstile service, which loads when you start filling in the form and may process technical details of your browser (for example the IP address).
If you accept analytics, Google Analytics 4 collects statistics about your visit (pages viewed, page language, approximate location, device and browser type, how you reached the site) and an identifier stored in a cookie. We do not send your name, e-mail address, phone number or the text of an enquiry to analytics; URLs are sent without query parameters, except the campaign tags (utm_source, utm_medium, utm_campaign, utm_content, utm_term) of links we publish ourselves.
3. Why we process the data
- to reply to your enquiry;
- to prepare a free design demo or a written quote;
- to record enquiries and keep in touch with you;
- to protect the form against abuse;
- to measure visits to the website and improve the pages, only with your consent.
We do not sell your data. We do not use advertising or profiling.
4. Your consent
You give your consent by ticking the box in the form before you send your enquiry, and the version of the consent text you saw is stored with your enquiry. Visit measurement runs only if you accept it in the cookie notice, and you can withdraw your consent at any time.
5. Where the data is stored and who receives it
We store enquiries in an enquiry-management system operated by the Studio, on a server we manage. Access to that system requires sign-in with a second factor (MFA).
Notifications about new enquiries and receipt confirmations are sent through an email delivery service (Resend).
If you accept analytics, visit statistics are processed by Google (Google Analytics 4); protection of the form is provided by Cloudflare (Turnstile).
Messages you write to info@webdesignbelgrade.com are received in a mailbox at an email provider.
6. How long we keep the data
We keep data for as long as it is needed for communication and any resulting cooperation, or as required by law.
7. Your rights
You have the right to access, correct and delete your data, to object to its processing and to withdraw your consent at any time. Send your request to info@webdesignbelgrade.com.
