What a store project can include
- Store design: homepage, categories, product page, cart and checkout, for desktop and mobile.
- Platform: WooCommerce, Shopify or a custom-built store.
- Payments (when agreed): cash on delivery, bank transfer or card payments through a supported official integration, subject to bank or processor approval.
- Delivery (when agreed): connections to supported courier services.
- Migration (if technically feasible and agreed): products, categories and redirects within the written scope.
- Launch and training: deployment and training only if included in the written quote.

The exact scope of your store is set out in the written quote. Only services explicitly agreed in writing are included, for example product photography, product descriptions, logo and brand identity, translations, and platform, domain or payment fees, unless we agree them in the quote.
How much does an online store cost?
We don't list a fixed price for online stores. After a short conversation you receive a written quote with an exact amount for the agreed scope. These factors affect the amount most:

Running costs after launch
Potential running costs depend on the platform and the separately agreed services:
- WooCommerce: hosting and domain, plus paid plugins if needed.
- Shopify: a monthly subscription paid directly to Shopify (current prices are on Shopify's website), plus apps and a theme if needed.
- Card payments: fees from the bank or payment processor under their agreement with you.
- Maintenance: optional, as a monthly plan at a published price (online store maintenance).
We do not guarantee Google rankings or order volumes.

WooCommerce
Usually suits stores that sell mainly in Serbia. Alongside cash on delivery and bank transfer, card payment runs through an official bank or payment-processor integration that needs their approval, which can take weeks. Shopify
Suits brands that also sell outside Serbia or don't want to manage a server. Shopify Payments is not available in Serbia, so PayPal (availability is checked for each business), cash on delivery and bank transfer are used. How long does it take to build an online store?
The timeline depends on the scope and is stated in the written quote. It starts once we receive your content and the deposit.
Can I accept card payments?
On WooCommerce, card payments run through an official bank or payment-processor integration, subject to their approval, which can take weeks. Until then customers can pay by cash on delivery or bank transfer. On Shopify we don't promise local card payments without written confirmation from the provider.
Who enters the products?
We agree that in the quote: you can enter products yourself, or we can import them from a spreadsheet or migrate them from your existing store. Training is available to the extent agreed in your quote.
Can you move my existing store?
Where the old platform supports the necessary exports, migration can be agreed in the written quote, including any redirects.
Do you guarantee sales or Google rankings?
No. We don't guarantee Google rankings, traffic or order volumes.
