Two monthly plans for Shopify and WooCommerce stores. The price is stated upfront, and we confirm the scope in a written agreement.
In short
Shopify Care costs €89 per month and WooCommerce Shop Care €169 per month. WooCommerce hosting is included in WooCommerce Shop Care, but is not yet available for activation (we confirm activation in writing before you commit); the Shopify subscription is not included in Shopify Care. You pay monthly, with no annual contract. Extra changes outside the plan are €45 per hour, with your approval. The plans are part of Web Design Belgrade's premium service: a clearly defined scope, a written agreement and the price upfront.

Prices are in euros and do not include the running costs a store has in its own right, listed below. Hosting is not yet available for activation.
What a plan covers
- Shopify Care: maintenance of your Shopify store at an agreed scope.
- WooCommerce Shop Care: hosting and maintenance of your WooCommerce store, including updates of WordPress, WooCommerce and plugins, at an agreed scope.
What is not included
- The Shopify subscription and paid apps: you pay these directly to Shopify or the app developer.
- The domain, unless explicitly stated in the written agreement.
- Paid plugins and the card-payment fees of the bank or payment processor.
- New features, new pages, a redesign and store migration.
- Product photography, product descriptions and entering products.
This page does not promise an availability percentage, a backup frequency, response times or additional security services. Such items apply only if they are written into the agreement.
Additional work
Extra changes outside the plan are €45 per hour and are done only with your approval. Change hours included in a plan, where the written agreement states them, that are not used in a month expire and do not carry over. Larger jobs are done under a written quote. Frequently asked questions
Is there an annual contract?
No. Maintenance is offered monthly, with no annual contract. Cancellation terms are set out in the written agreement.
Does the plan cover the Shopify subscription?
No. Shopify Care does not include the Shopify subscription. You pay it directly to Shopify, and the plan price is for our maintenance service.
Is WooCommerce hosting included?
Yes, hosting is included in WooCommerce Shop Care, but is not yet available for activation. We confirm activation in writing before you commit.
Do you guarantee store availability?
We do not state such guarantees on this page. If we agree them, they are written into the agreement.
