Card payments: what to know
Card payments on a WooCommerce store don't depend on the build alone. Your bank or payment processor has to approve the store, and that approval can take weeks. We can handle the technical integration when agreed in the quote and supported by the provider. Until approval arrives, customers can pay by cash on delivery or bank transfer. Card fees are agreed directly between you and the bank or processor.

Can I add products and track orders myself?
Yes. WooCommerce has an admin area for products, prices, stock and orders. Training is provided to the extent agreed in the quote.
Does a WooCommerce store need maintenance?
WordPress, WooCommerce and plugins receive regular updates. You can run updates yourself or choose our monthly maintenance, WooCommerce Shop Care, at a published price with the scope agreed in writing.
How long does card payment approval take?
It depends on the bank or payment processor and can take weeks. Until then the store can run with cash on delivery and bank transfer.
Can I move to WooCommerce from another platform?
Yes. Migration depends on what the old platform can export; the data and redirects included are agreed in the written quote.
